What you get
The clinical work, without the business side
No admin to run
Intake, scheduling, billing, and marketing are handled. You show up and do the work.
Room for your niche
Faith-based couples, families, EMDR, survivors of domestic violence. Bring what you're drawn to and we'll build around it.
Work that matters
We're a teaching practice with a mission. You'll help widen access to care through our low-cost services.
Supervision provided
Associates receive supervision toward full licensure, right here on the team. Licensed clinicians can also mentor a graduate student.
Grow in relational trauma
Sharpen your work where relationships and trauma meet, alongside a team doing EFT, EMDR, and Gottman-informed work.
A culturally affirming team
Race, culture, faith, and identity are part of the clinical conversation here, not an afterthought.
Who thrives here
This is for you if...
You might be burned out on the admin side of private practice, or working full time elsewhere and wanting to serve this way. Either way, it can't just be about the money.
- You can say what you do and why, with little hand-holding.
- You're rooted in a theoretical orientation, whatever the model.
- You're warm and empathetic, and firm when it counts.
- You've done your own work and keep your own boundaries.
- You'd gladly support a student and lend your voice to the team.
