WHO WE ARE

A practice built on more than just credentials

At Unload It Therapy, we believe great therapists are developed through support, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous growth. While clinical excellence matters, we also value authenticity, compassion, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel seen, respected, and empowered.

I founded this practice with the vision of building a team culture that prioritizes connection over competition and growth over perfection. We encourage therapists to bring their unique strengths into the work while providing the guidance, resources, and support needed to build confidence and competence.

My supervision approach is both supportive and practical. I believe learning happens best in a space where clinicians can ask questions, explore challenges, and receive honest feedback without judgment. Team members gain experience working with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns while receiving consistent clinical support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.

When clinicians join Unload It Therapy, they become part of a community that is invested in their success. Our goal is not only to help therapists grow their skills, but to help them build sustainable, fulfilling careers that allow them to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.

Culturally informed supervision
We center race, culture, and identity in our clinical work — and in how we support our clinicians.

Real clinical growth
You'll work with a diverse caseload and receive supervision that actually prepares you for the complexity of real clinical work.

Community, not competition
We're building a team, not a roster. Collaboration, consultation, and genuine support are built into how we work.

Equity in access
We're committed to making therapy accessible — and we want team members who share that commitment.

OUR CULTURE

What it’s like to work here

You're seen as a whole person

We care about your wellbeing, not just your caseload. Burnout prevention is built into how we operate.

Honest, direct communication

We say what we mean. Feedback is clear, kind, and aimed at your growth — not just practice performance.

Room to grow

Whether you're pre-licensed or fully licensed, there's a path forward here — not just a place to stay comfortable.

Culturally grounded

Race, identity, and lived experience aren't add-ons here — they're central to every clinical and supervisory conversation.

Flexibility matters

We understand that clinicians have lives. Scheduling flexibility is real here, not just something we say.

Team, not silos

Consultation, collaboration, and peer support are built into the rhythm of how we work together.
